OHPI: Onward and Upward
Haylye Plaster Promoted to Vice President of Operations of OH Predictive Insights
Since the inception of the company in 2016, OH Predictive Insights has made a name in the Grand Canyon State by ceaselessly pursuing our mission of providing unbiased, digestible data in the public opinion polling and market research spaces, earning us Phoenix Magazine’s Best of the Valley award for Best Non-Partisan Arizona Pollster. After successfully expanding into Nevada and Utah in 2021, OHPI has more than tripled our average earned media value, doubled the size of our team, and seen personal record-breaking quarterly revenue growth year-over-year. We tasted victory following the 2020 election with our overarching accuracy in our predictions during a year when many polls missed the mark, and now in 2022 have correctly predicted the winners of the Nevada and Arizona GOP Primary races. Yet, behind every great success story are the individuals who make it happen. It gives our company great honor and pride to announce the well-earned promotion of Haylye Plaster to Vice President of Operations.
“Haylye’s ability to provide strategic solutions in order to be a consistent and reliable source of support for the company – always improving daily operations, systems, and processes with skill and tact – make her a pivotal piece of the puzzle that we are so fortunate to have on this team,” said Mike Noble, OHPI’s Chief of Research.
Haylye Plaster joined the OHPI team in 2018, and since then has been nothing short of essential to the company. Her passion for leadership and excellence in overseeing the company’s team members, clients, and internal operations has made a clear and measurable impact on the company as a whole, making the decision to promote Haylye to Vice President of Operations one of the easiest jobs we’ve done here at OHPI.
OHPI, like all new things, took time to develop and find its place in the ever-changing and fast-paced world of survey research and data analytics. However, with experts and standard-setters like Haylye on our team, we found our footing on a solid foundation and project to continue going up from here. Congratulations Haylye, and thank you for your instrumental role in accelerating OHPI onward and upward!
